How much does a system cost?
All of our systems are completely bespoke to suit the needs of the customer so we unfortunately can't answer this but you're more than welcome to ask for a free, absolutely no obligation quote.
I have CCTV already; can it be upgraded?
Subject to suitable cabling an upgrade is an ideal way to modernise your system. We care about the environment so where possible we'll reuse items such as your hard disk or monitor; saving the planet and money.
Can I view it on the internet?
We can install an app on your phone or tablet to do this. It does rely on a broadband connection so we'll happily check your connection during our survey to ensure it's suitable.
What warranty do you provide?
Installation and equipment come with a complete one year warranty, with much of the equipment we provide coming with a three year manufacturers warranty.
My electrician / handyman / paperboy says he can install CCTV for me!!
Putting a camera up is relatively simple job. Putting the right camera, in the right place, doing the right job and working when you need it is what we do, backed up by friendly, expert assistance.
What's an IP CCTV system?
IP CCTV is based on computer networks and has the advantage of being entirely digital so we can use existing cabling, use Wifi links and bridges and advanced data processing when needed.
I want to be able to read number plates at night - can your cameras do that?
There's a long, boring technical answer to this that we could fill this entire website with but would quite happily explain to you over coffee.
What area do you cover?
We limit ourselves to the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley areas so that we're close to our customers when you need us.
